On March 14, Huawei Voice Community published an email from the President's Office issued by Ren Zhengfei showing that for the internal service merchants of the company (including wholly-owned subsidiaries) who collect venue rent in China, Huawei has decided to waive venue rent from October 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022; the rent collected will be refunded before the end of March; and from April 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022, the venue rent will be halved.

Notice on rent reductions for service merchants during the epidemic
In order to alleviate the operational pressure of the company's internal service merchants during the epidemic, encourage merchants to operate with peace of mind, and continue to provide high-quality services, in accordance with the relevant policies of the state on the recovery and development of difficult industries in the service field, the following resolutions are made on the rent reduction and reduction of the company's internal service merchants' venues:
1. Scope of reduction and reduction
Huawei (including its wholly-owned subsidiaries) is an internal service merchant that collects venue rent in China.
2. Reduction policy
1) Rent-free: From October 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022, the venue rent will be waived; the collected rent will be refunded before the end of March.

The specific implementation rules are implemented by the Logistics Service Department and Shenzhen Huitong, and are responsible for interpreting and organizing the landing.
