Jia Baoyu is a character portrayed by the author of "Dream of the Red Chamber" and one of the few classic characters in the gallery of classical Chinese novel art. Its respect for women, the mentality of treating women as human beings, sweeps away the tradition of historical fiction and makes it a glorious fiction image. Jia Baoyu's curiosity is in line with the psychology of entrepreneurs, but the risk-taking is insufficient. Jia Baoyu is full of curiosity about everything, showing the characteristics and arbitrariness of ignorant children, even if he wears the treasure jade, it is also twelve points of confusion, sometimes disgusted, sometimes liked. There is also special concern for women's products, women's language and women's daily expressions. But these concerns of his, more often because of his own needs, come from his own preferences for things. In a sense, from Jia Baoyu's behavior of "eating rouge", it can be seen that Jia Baoyu's preference for women; and the act of being good at "male style" has made this male brother full of worldly controversy. Judging from the uncertainty of their behavior, curiosity does not represent the "adventurous" spirit of entrepreneurs; like rather than love or even love, can not talk about the "craftsman" spirit pursued by entrepreneurs.

Jia Baoyu, who likes to live a loose life, does not like to be bound by various rules and precepts, while entrepreneurs live in the constraints of morality and ethics and legal norms. Jia Baoyu's father did not like Jia Baoyu. Although Jia Baoyu's loose and casual personality has won the love of the servants, and even Jia Mu is overjoyed, Jia Baoyu's casualness can only be bad and cannot be accomplished. Therefore, if you can't read books in a regular manner, it is difficult to do things in a real way. Like women, think that women are "made of water"; dislike men, think that men are "muddy things", preconceived thinking, so that he can hardly have a more accurate and fair understanding of the people in the world. Jia Baoyu can coax women, can make Lin Daiyu laugh, can also make Xue Baochao live, and can make a bunch of women in the Grand View Garden well-groomed, but it is difficult to win the father's like, win the satisfaction of the grandmother, and win the recognition of more people. Enterprises are the product of market competition, the premise of fair competition, entrepreneurs should be fair to the internal employees of the enterprise, regardless of men and women, judge fairly; to treat customers equally, and treat all customers as Gods. Entrepreneurs must have empathy, follow the ethical norms of an era and a region, and even more must comply with the laws of the host country. We must not be like Baoyu, trying to rely on the grace of Jia Mu to stand in a position at the center of the family and do whatever she wants. The direction of Baoyu's words and deeds is scattered, random, and aimless, while the ideological orientation of entrepreneurs is very clear and purposeful. There are both small goals in stages and big strategic aspirations. The competitive genes of entrepreneurs and the loose genes of Baoyu are not the same. As a representative of the pursuit of a free life, Jia Baoyu can be appreciated by literary critics, but not recognized by entrepreneurs.

Judging from the form of daily life pursuit, Jia Baoyu's ideological interests are also completely different from those of entrepreneurs. Jia Baoyu's words and deeds are the words and deeds of non-etiquette, non-learning and non-doers, and judging from his inscription poems on many buildings in the Grand View Garden, Jia Baoyu's thinking may exceed that of classic masters. However, Jia Baoyu in life has a lot of inappropriate "high" words, seemingly considering one person's feelings, but it is actually difficult for others to accept. His mastery of the balance of interpersonal relations does not have the sense of balance of Xue Baochao, nor does he have the pragmatism of the common people in the city. As the first manager of the enterprise, the key to entrepreneurs will employ people and do things. Employing people is the foundation, and its intention is to fully mobilize everyone's enthusiasm. Entrepreneurs should not only consider the macro development of the enterprise, but also have insight into the inner psychology of each employee. It is true that Jia Baoyu's words and deeds in the Grand View Garden have met the psychological needs of some women, but as an entrepreneur, this is far from enough, and entrepreneurs should let more people get psychological satisfaction. As small as a team, as large as a unit, and a little farther can be extended to many sales markets. Entrepreneurs should consider both a whole with a complex system and an individual with subtle psychological needs. Jia Baoyu's bias is not enough to cover the positive of entrepreneurs, and if he wants to become an excellent entrepreneur, Jia Baoyu also needs to do a lot of cultivation and asceticism in words and deeds.

Judging from the ultimate goal of pursuit, Jia Baoyu pursues "birth", while entrepreneurs pursue "WTO accession". The former is an individual practice, the latter is a practice with the masses, and the two are not the same. "Dream of the Red Chamber" describes Jia Baoyu's examination and the first, but finally he resolutely became a monk. From the bones, Jia Baoyu pursues an otherworldly Zen intention, a "bone feeling" that is not compatible with the world, and a "willful will" to satisfy himself, which may be the best ending for Jia Baoyu or for the reader, from a macroscopic point of view, Jia Baoyu's departure is actually a kind of "detachment behavior" to achieve his self-detachment, and it is a "self-ascension to heaven" that leaves the world. For entrepreneurs, such a choice is undoubtedly a disguised run away without a sense of responsibility, and a "selfish" behavior without business ethics. If entrepreneurs want to win the market and let enterprises have room for sustainable development, the key lies in establishing a symbiotic and shared ideological system. In the era of informatization and intelligence, the division of the industry is becoming clearer and clearer, the social division of labor requires entrepreneurs to have a sense of responsibility than at any time in history, facing shareholders, consumers, employees within the enterprise, facing the government, facing internationalization, entrepreneurs should no longer consider their own interests, temporary gains and losses, a mistake in a thought, entrepreneurs to truly establish a view of the overall situation, systematic innovation ideas, to consider the harmony of the symbiotic system, to pave the way for the future of the enterprise, paving the way for continuous development. In other words, entrepreneurs must have the feeling of "joining the WTO" at all times, have a clever and seamless method of "joining the WTO", face the requirements of all levels of society, have a frank mind, and have a broad vision of the four directions, in order to achieve enterprises and achieve themselves at the same time.

In this way, the possibility of Jia Baoyu becoming an entrepreneur is very slim. Jia Baoyu has become the object of appreciation of countless readers, and many experts have written countless words of praise for him. However, as far as social progress and the process of human civilization are concerned, Jia Baoyu's words and deeds are worth emulating by entrepreneurs. Although Baoyu also has the qualities of entrepreneurs such as integrity and love, the more the market develops, the more it will put forward higher requirements for the comprehensive quality of entrepreneurs. The practice of entrepreneurs is an all-round practice, and of course, it is also a person who can "enter the world" and "come out of the world" with ease!
