According to Russia's TASS news agency reported on March 10, Venezuelan President Maduro warned that a new world war has begun, and relevant countries should stop confrontational actions that exacerbate the deterioration of tensions, including sanctions.

Maduro insisted that the countries concerned should cease such sanctions confrontation, as it could pose a threat to the survival of all humanity.
