Q: From HR to co-founder, what motivates you to achieve this identity shift?
A: In the early days of entrepreneurship, I was in charge of personnel work, with the rapid development of the company's business, the founding team needed to have its own ability to expand and break through, fortunately, I had the opportunity to go from the background to the front desk, to the front end of the business, to break through to do brand marketing related content, can be called the biggest turning point in my career, lucky and powerful.
Q: If you were to describe yourself in a sentence or a word, what would you use?
A: I recently heard a song whose last line in the lyrics mentioned, "I can be whatever I want to be, and I'm not defined as a woman."
I don't think women themselves should be defined, "she" has many facets, and can show different charm and strength at different stages of life. For me, I have a tenacity in myself, gentle on the outside and abundant on the inside.
Q: Women will be in different states at different stages, what do you think is your biggest change after the previous stages?
A: When I was 25 to 30 years old, I was more eager to succeed, eager to be recognized and affirmed by the outside world, so I plucked up the courage to start a business.
After reaching the age of 30, I am more eager for self-recognition, hoping that my life experience can be more complete, I can go to more places, learn more knowledge, and know more people.
Gu Ailing was very angry during the Winter Olympics, she said that in the face of fear and uncertainty, whether alone or facing the whole world, she actually focused on gratitude for the present, judging the present, and enjoying the happiness brought to her by sports. Seeing her mood and state when describing those difficult actions is very similar to the state of uncertainty in the early days of my business, there are fears and expectations for the unknown, and like extreme sports, the process is difficult, but also enjoy it and draw energy from it.
Q: Not everyone is a genius girl, how to be an "ordinary person"?
A: In the whole society and workplace relationships, most people actually play the role of ordinary people.
No matter what kind of life you pursue, you can just achieve the goal in your heart. When the evaluation system and the center of your life and work come from yourself, you enjoy the current state of work and life, that is, an excellent "ordinary person", most people can find excellent parts in their ordinary lives.
Q: How are women different in their career development compared to men?
A: In recent years, the whole society has been discussing some keywords such as "female power" or "her economy", and in the minds of some people of the opposite sex, the "female power" is mainly derived from cultivation growth, and it may take a very painful growth experience to reflect the strength.
But I think women are born with power, but they behave differently at different stages of life. Looking at women themselves from a female perspective and a male perspective is actually different.
In the workplace, many people think that those strong and capable "strong women" portraits will be impressed by men. But in fact, the power of women is unique, in the process of some entrepreneurship, women's position role, the use of people to know people and the understanding of some business can be formed from multiple perspectives to form a strong complementarity, a lot of work is men and women different division of labor to complete, the effect will be very different.
Q: What are the ways to improve yourself?
A: First, I have the habit of reading, for example, I will make a few books in a month to output thinking notes; second, the paid community, such as I now do B2B marketing, will participate in some related communities and training; the third is to actively link many industry big names, seeking face-to-face communication and learning experience, whether it is successful experience or failure experience is very valuable.
Q: How do you view success and failure?
A: In fact, failure is the norm, success is a small probability event. Each stage has a different definition of success and failure, and slowly you will find that success or failure is not a single judgment, but a comprehensive perception. There are many times when we are too anxious to want a result, the purpose we pursue is not pure, we are not enjoying this thing at all, and the precipitation and review in the process or the indomitable state towards the goal may be the final harvest.
Q: What advice do you have for women entering the workforce?
A: First of all, young girls must dare to think and dare to fight, do not rush to lie flat when they first enter the workplace, and when you have the most courage, you can challenge yourself more and find what you like. Second, we must have a sense of normalcy, and while working in a better direction, we must learn to reconcile with ourselves.
