However, I chose 127K this time only because this U has a kernel display and can natively support D5 memory, although it is useless.
From the parameter point of view, the power consumption of 12700K is still relatively high, the PBP power consumption is 125W, and the MTP power consumption is 190W. Jingdong directly marked 190W here, and OC5.1 measured as high as 242W. So in addition to the standard water cooling, can ordinary 100-yuan air cooling suppress this CPU? The answer is, yes!
I started this Kyushu Fengshen Ice Cube 400, with 4 heat pipes, single tower single fan structure, details optimization is in place, equipped with a high-performance FPB bearing no light silent cooling fan, nominal maximum cooling efficiency of 220W, known as 4 heat pipe radiator in the performance goalkeeper, the current price of 159 yuan, the overall cost performance is good. In order to prevent the lack of heat dissipation performance of a single fan, I also purchased an additional Kyushu Fengshen FK120 fan, so the price of a single one is 59 yuan, which is also a high-performance FDB bearing silent fan, which is basically the same as the standard fan in the Ice Cube 400.

The radiator is a combination of a single tower + a single fan, the top of the heat dissipation tower is covered, the heat pipe is no longer exposed, and the fine matrix grid layout plus the LOGO of the Kyushu Wind God is very delicate.
Heat tower
The radiator is equipped with 4 6mm pure copper nickel-plated sintered heat pipes, and the surface of the heat pipe is added to the electroplating process to avoid surface oxidation. The series connection between the heat pipe and the fin adopts the fin-piercing process.
The fin group of the heat dissipation tower adopts a matrix design, and the high and low layout is staggered from the side, and the visual effect is quite prominent. The workmanship is also very fine, the edges of the fins are polished and smooth, and there is no cutting hand at all.
The left and right sides of the fin set adopt a buckle FIN design, which can further improve the heat exchange efficiency of the heat dissipation fins on the air-cooled radiator.
The fastener of the heat dissipation tower adopts a two-point screw lock design, and the bracket has been pre-fixed to the heat tower, and the installation process will be more convenient.
The base of the heat dissipation tower adopts the heat pipe direct contact design, and the heat pipe interspersed structure at the bottom can be seen. When installing memory, even if the first DIMM memory slot is used, the Ice Cube 400 installs a certain gap between the fan and the memory, and there is no interference with each other at all. So whether it is to install the memory first, or the radiator first, you can do it without tangling with the order.
Of course, the memory is still recommended to be installed in the 24 position, and the height of the radiator is 155mm, so even if it is a small chassis, don't worry, I installed it here after the lighting was successful.
Performance testing
I used the MSI Center to call up the standby temperature, the 12700K only turned on the automatic overclocking, the standby temperature was maintained at 35 degrees, very ideal.
Using the FPU grill for more than 3 minutes, the temperature is stable at 66 degrees, and the performance is very satisfactory.
Retrofit dual fans
I'll add another fan to the Ice Cube 400 here, form a single tower double fan, and see how much the heat dissipation performance is improved.
The clamp burger is assembled in such a way that the buckle is included with ice cube 400 and does not need to be purchased separately. Because it is a lightless performance fan, it only needs to plug in a 4Pin interface, and there is no threshold for installation.
Let's talk about the working noise first, there is no use of equipment testing. I listened subjectively, did not find resonance and abnormal sound, only normal wind sound, can hear the full load of the case is very loud, switch to the balance mode, across the chassis can not hear the noise at all.
In terms of thermal performance, the dual fans did not bring much improvement, and in standby mode, the temperature was reduced by 3 degrees and maintained at 32 degrees.
