The heatsink is equipped with a 12 mm PWM fan that is officially said to support processors with a maximum TDP of 95 W.
Two separate backplanes, Intel and AMD, are included in the heatsink box and support intel LGA1700/1200/1151/1150/1155/1156 and AMD AM4 motherboards. Frost X25 thermal grease is also officially supplied, with a thermal conductivity of 10.5 W / m-K.
