Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Netflix, Roku, Apple, HP, DELL, Oracle, etc. have joined the ranks of sanctions and supply cuts.
Germany's SAP is not willing to be lonely to follow up on the cut off of supply to Russia. Oracle is widely used in the domestic financial industry, and MANY enterprises in SAP are also used. SAP sanctions cut off the supply of Russia, which made us feel tight.
The Russian-Ukrainian conflict can provide a reference for the mainland to recover Taiwan. Once these IT giants unite to sanction a country, the countries concerned will definitely have losses. I am not a worrier, if I do not plan ahead, I am afraid that it will cause great chaos.
How to plan ahead? Of course, domestic IT technology should accelerate the fate of getting rid of being controlled! What can I do to get rid of it? Starting from my own profession, I would like to make some suggestions for reference.
1. To expand the definition of "domestic production", not only is the research and development of the Chinese people called "domestic production", but also includes the world's excellent open source achievements for their own use. It is necessary to open and accelerate the absorption and mastery of important open source achievements as soon as possible, and transform excellent open source achievements into their own use!
2. Accelerate the popularization of the "domestic" operating system, accelerate the cloud migration in the server field, and focus on promoting OpenEuler, OpenAnolis, Kirin, etc.; the desktop field focuses on popularizing Deepin, UOS, etc.; and the mobile field focuses on popularizing Hongmeng OS.
3. Accelerate the popularization of "localization" of database systems. Urge key departments to migrate data to domestic controllable databases first; follow-up enterprises and institutions should follow up and migrate data to domestic or open source databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.) in an orderly manner.
4, the country has not created a good programming language, this does not matter, open source programming languages, the focus is to have enough talent to absorb these technologies. It is necessary to guide domestic IT companies to transfer to open source technology as soon as possible.
5, to increase the support for the development of various industry systems, including industrial software, CAD, office systems, ERP, MES, CRM, graphics processing, etc., to be implemented as soon as possible, there are alternatives to supervise the improvement and popularization, not good to replace as soon as possible to organize research.
