One day, a farmer dried beans and thought that soybeans looked like golden beans, so he had a plan, and quickly took the soybeans and fried them in the pot, and the soybeans burst into flames in a few clicks. Therefore, everyone followed suit, and offered the fried beans to represent the blossoming of golden beans, and the Jade Emperor could only keep his promise and release the jade dragon when he saw it. And this day happened to be the second day of the first month of February, the jade dragon frequently nodded in the air, in order to thank the people for saving their lives, and from then on, the wind and rain were smooth.
The real meaning of the dragon's head is based on the celestial signs, every mid-spring moon, the dragon's horn star rises from the eastern horizon, so it is called the dragon's head, this day indicates that the yang comes out from the ground, the rain increases, and the temperature rises.
