The Tianji 8000 series supports the open architecture of Tianji, providing greater flexibility for device manufacturers to customize the differentiated functions of high-end 5G smartphones and providing users with a more personalized experience.

Features of the Tianji 8000 series 5G mobile platform also include:

Supports up to 200 million pixel cameras and 4K60 HDR10+ video recording.

Based on MediaTek's latest AI noise reduction and AI anti-blur technology, low-light shooting can also obtain photos and videos with clear image quality and rich detail.

Support dual camera HDR video synchronous recording. Users can use the front and rear cameras to shoot video at the same time, and also support two rear cameras to shoot the same object in parallel.

The advanced 5G modem complies with the 3GPP R16 standard and supports 5G Sub-6GHz full-band networks with 2CC CA dual-carrier aggregation technology.

MediaTek's 5G UltraSave 2.0 power-saving technology reduces 5G communication power consumption.

Supports Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3, as well as Wi-Fi Bluetooth dual-connection anti-interference technology.

In addition, MediaTek also launched the Tianji 1300 5G mobile platform based on TSMC's 6nm process. The 1300 uses an octa-core CPU architecture, including 1 Arm Cortex-A78 super core with a frequency of up to 3.0GHz, 3 Arm Cortex-A78 large cores and 4 Arm Cortex-A55 energy-efficient cores, with Arm Mali-G77 GPU and MediaTek 3rd generation APU. The HDR-ISP of the Tianji 1300 supports up to 200 million pixel cameras and integrates mediatek HyperEngine 5.0 game engine, which combines performance and power consumption to bring high energy efficiency performance in games and daily use scenarios. Tianji 1300 also strengthens AI features, upgrades night shooting and HDR functions, and can present users with more exciting photo quality.

Terminals using Tianji 8100, Tianji 8000 and Tianji 1300 are expected to be available from the first quarter to the second quarter of 2022.
