However, unless Russia's national power collapses or there are major political changes in the country, this outcome is unacceptable to Russia, and the possibility is very small.
Third, Russia permanently occupies parts of Ukraine and achieves the actual independence or incorporation of these regions into Russia by supporting pro-Russian governments, etc. Of course, it is more likely that it is not just the two republics that have declared independence.
