Since then, Apple has begun to increase supply capacity, and now customers can purchase any model of the MacBook Pro's base configuration in two weeks or less.

A few weeks ago, the benchmark models of 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro laptops waited 6 to 8 weeks, compared to today, when estimated lead times for two MacBook Pro laptops with M1 Pro chips are now only 5 to 7 days, or as little as two weeks. However, the supply improvement is limited to the M1 Pro chip version, as the supply of M1 Max configurations in both sizes is still limited, and it is estimated that orders will not arrive until at least early April.
