The old city demolishes a piece of land, and a new real estate will not worry about selling. The East City will also slowly enter the era of urban renewal, then the East Side will produce new real estate, if it is a good product, the price is difficult for ordinary improvement groups to reach.

Whether it is a new house or a new second-hand, as long as the product is good, the location is good, and the school is good, it is worth buying.

Seize the time to change the cage for birds, take advantage of the signs of relaxation in 2022, and sell the bad property as soon as possible.
