According to Tianyan, Beijing Xiaoma Zhixing Technology Co., Ltd., an affiliate of Xiaoma Zhixing, was established in December 2016, with the legal representative being Zhang Ning, with a registered capital of 100 million yuan, and its business scope includes: supply chain management, enterprise management consulting, conference services, and undertaking exhibition and display activities.

Wisdom bud data shows that Xiaoma Zhixing focuses on sensors, computers, automatic driving, processors, intelligent driving, piezoelectric sensors, storage instructions and other technical fields, has published 331 patent applications, invention patents account for more than 88%, and the market value of patents with higher market value includes "a method and device for scheduling autonomous vehicles".
