Xu Shichang Peony

Xu Shichang has a profound foundation in chinese studies, not only writing books and making speeches, but also studying calligraphy, and the nine characters of Yuan Lin's tombstone in Anyang, "The Tomb of Grand President Yuan Gong Shikai", are Xu Shichang's handwriting. Worked in landscapes and pine bamboo, such as "Shimen Mountain Pro Tu Ti" and so on. During his lifetime, he compiled and engraved more than 30 kinds of books, such as "Qing Confucianism Case", "Collection of Retired Farmland", "Collection of Shuizhu Villagers" and so on. He was known as the "President of Bunji" by later generations.
