IT House learned that CDPR recently officially released the 1.5 version of Cyberpunk 2077, which has brought many improvements in characters, scenes, AI, and repairs. However, after the Cyberpunk 2077 1.5 update, some PC players experienced game crashes, and the physical version of PS4 games also encountered a situation where it could not start.
CDPR indicates that the PC version crash is most likely caused by an audio software conflict. So far, audio drivers such as A-Volute, Nahimic, or Sonic Studio have been found to have this problem. As a temporary solution, the official recommendation is to disable the above drivers before launching the game.
