MediaTek confirmed that the Tianji 9000 will debut on the Find X5 series

MediaTek's flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip, powered by Qualcomm, has been confirmed as a Dimensity 9000. We've already seen the flagship chipset show some promise on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 and Samsung's Exynos 2200. But as they say, the taste of pudding lies in eating. MediaTek's flagship chip has yet to make its way into smartphones. Well, we may soon see a smartphone with the Tianji 9000.

MediaTek confirmed that the Tianji 9000 will debut on the Find X5 series

MediaTek has now released some trailers on its official Weibo, confirming that the MediaTek Tianji 9000 chipset will first be launched on the OPPO Find X5 series. The company made it clear that the Tianji 9000 will be launched on February 24 in the OPPO Find X5 series.

MediaTek's Tianji 9000 will be based on TSMC's 4nm process and feature a 3.0GHz Cortex-X2 supercore, three 2.85GHz A710 large cores, and four 1.8GHz A510 medium core architectures.

In terms of baseline performance, the AnTuTu score of the Tianji 9000 exceeded 1,017,488 points, which is higher than the score of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1. On GeekBench, the flagship processor scored 1273 points in single-core testing and 4324 points in multi-core testing. The multi-core test score exceeded the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1's 3800-3900 score.

When the Find X5 series becomes generally available on February 24, we'll learn more about the Dimensity 9000.
