The China-Laos Railway is an important project of the "Belt and Road" to build infrastructure interconnection in South Asia and Southeast Asia. Based on the actual needs of the transportation business of China and Laos, the designers adopt advanced information technology to build a representative China-Laos railway information system, ensuring that the strategic objectives of informatization and the strategic objectives of business are interrelated, mutually promoted and coordinated.

China–Laos Railway is an important project of the Belt and Road Initiative for the interconnection of infrastructure in South Asia and Southeast Asia. Based on the actual needs of transportation business in China and Laos, the designers used advanced information technology to construct a representative railway information system for China–Laos Railway, which ensured that the strategic objectives of informatization and business were interrelated, mutually promoted and coordinated.

I. Introduction

The China-Laos Railway is an important project of the "Belt and Road" to build infrastructure interconnection in South Asia and Southeast Asia, an important part of the central line of the Pan-Asian Railway, and the first transnational railway project with Chinese investment, construction and operation, using Chinese technical standards, and directly connected to the Chinese railway network.

In the future, the China-Laos Railway will also connect the railways of Thailand, Malaysia and other countries, carrying the dream of Laos's transformation from a landlocked "landlock country" to a "land union country". After the completion of the project, it will greatly promote the economic development of Laos, create a large number of employment opportunities for Laos, and will also inject new impetus into the economic development of southwest China. As an important symbol of modern railways, the China-Laos railway information system plays an important role in the construction and operation of the China-Laos railway.

Second, the principle of informatization construction of china-Laos railway

Railway informatization is one of the important foundations of railway modernization, combined with the actual situation of China and Laos, on the basis of adhering to the general principle of "unified planning, unified platform and unified standards", the informatization construction of Railway between China and Laos follows the following six principles:

(1) Adhere to the principle of goal orientation

Adapt to the requirements of the overall strategic development goals of the China-Laos Railway, fully meet the core business needs of the China-Laos Railway, and ensure that the strategic objectives of informatization and the strategic objectives of the business are interrelated, mutually promoted and coordinated. Third, the information design scheme of the China-Laos railway

The gap between the infrastructure construction level and network environment between China and Laos is relatively large, and many problems have been encountered in the design process of the China-Laos railway information system. Combining the national conditions, road conditions and rail transit development of China and Laos, the designers fully learn from the experience of domestic railway informatization construction, adhere to the overall design principle of informatization, follow the mainstream information system design concept of "platform + application", system integration and lightweight application, and put forward the informatization design scheme of China-Laos railway.

(1) Propose an integrated technical solution for cloud platform based on cloud-native information systems

In the construction of overseas railway informatization, China-Laos Railway proposed for the first time an integrated technical solution based on cloud-native information system cloud platform. The system builds an information system through the cloud platform (IaaS/PaaS), adopts the concept of hierarchical design, and divides the entire information system system into different levels according to function, avoiding cross-layer business and data interaction. The data interaction between the cloud platform systems is business-centered, with standardization, loose coupling and elastic assembly as the principle, through the service-oriented architecture for internal and external and vertical and horizontal resource integration and exchange, to achieve the overall system architecture of loose coupling, the establishment of data exchange between the systems and related business application systems, to meet the development needs of the Information Business of the China-Laos Railway, to achieve a center, a platform, a set of systems, scheduling integration, bureau (company-level) station integration, station operation integration, to achieve the purpose of reducing personnel and increasing efficiency.

The cloud-native information system integrated cloud platform improves the reliability and stability of the system, reduces the difficulty and workload of O&M personnel, and improves the work efficiency and work quality of business personnel.

(2) Adopt big data + artificial intelligence + all-round network security protection system

The China-Laos Railway Information System adopts advanced information technology such as big data and artificial intelligence and a comprehensive network security protection system to ensure the real-time, accuracy and security of data transmission and access, and for the first time realizes the cross-border interconnection of domestic and foreign railway information systems such as international railway combined transport waybill information, train marshalling information, handover order information, cross-border train work plan, cross-border train passenger transfer order, etc., and improves the efficiency of resource utilization such as business applications, data assets, and information infrastructure. The level of development and comprehensive utilization of information resources has been improved.

The cross-border interconnection of the China-Laos railway information system not only realizes the business needs in technology, but also carries out a comprehensive design in network security. (3) Establish an international railway intermodal transport data exchange platform

The application of the international railway intermodal transport data exchange platform in the China-Laos railway has innovated a series of modes and processes such as railway international intermodal freight acceptance, service, production and exchange, and realized the unified collection of international intermodal transport electronic document information. With the international intermodal electronic documents as the carrier, a complete database of electronic documents and transaction records has been established, which has realized the full electronic operation of international intermodal railway transportation, ensured the integrity and standardization of data, and provided technical and service guarantees for improving the efficiency of international intermodal customs clearance operations between countries.

(4) Create a new railway ticket system technical system

China-Laos railway passenger information system to meet the needs of international passenger travel as the premise, adhering to the principle of "mutual benefit and win-win", based on the national conditions of the two countries, in the system architecture, business organization model, ticket system processing, interface standards and other aspects of in-depth research, based on the existing railway ticket system, give play to the advantages of technological innovation and railway ticket system design, research and development, integration and construction, research and development of the old railway to the ticket system technical architecture, system security, seat management mode, fare calculation, ticketing channels, language habits, The demand for face-to-face ticket system, payment and settlement, operation habits, etc., integrates advanced technologies such as the Internet, mobile Internet, cloud computing, big data, and artificial intelligence, and creates a new railway ticket system technology system suitable for international railway models.
