The third-place sales volume was Sagitar, which sold 27,735 units in January, down 27.5% year-on-year. The fourth-largest sales volume was the Hongguang MINI, with 26,682 units sold, up 3.5% year-on-year. As a new model in the car industry, Hongguang MINI has a certain market appeal. But judging from the current trend, mini cars are coming together and seem to be grabbing its original market share.

The sixth-selling and eighth-selling models, both from BMW, the BMW 5 Series and the BMW 3 Series, sold 26,092 and 24,396 units last month, up 33.6% and 22.1% year-on-year. The ninth-selling accord was the Accord, which sold 22,907 units last month, up 15.3 percent year-on-year, and ranked second in mid-level car sales. In tenth place in sales was New Bora, with sales of 22,051 units, down 42.6% year-on-year, and in eleventh place was the new Yinglang, with 21,431 units sold, down 49% year-on-year.
