According to the express, in January 2022, SAIC-GM-Wuling Automobile, a subsidiary of SAIC Motor, produced 128,757 units, an increase of 5.23% year-on-year; automobile sales were 110,057 units, compared with 93,262 units in the same period last year, an increase of 18.01% year-on-year. Compared with 215,725 units in December 2021, sales have been reduced by nearly half, almost waist-cutting.
According to the data, SAIC Motor produced 467,834 vehicles in January 2022, an increase of 8.71% year-on-year, and vehicle sales of 455,552 units, an increase of 13.02% year-on-year. Among them, sales of new energy vehicles reached 72,236 units, an increase of 25.54% year-on-year, and sales of export and overseas bases reached 65,429 units, an increase of 74.40% year-on-year.
