——Hai'an Nanmo Middle School held the first faculty meeting of the new semester
【Jiangsu News】In order to further unify thinking, gather consensus, and ensure the smooth, orderly and efficient development of all work in the new semester, on the morning of February 11, Hai'an Nanmo Middle School held a 2022 spring opening work meeting in the large ladder classroom of Lanyue Building.
Cui Yigen, general secretary of the party branch and principal of the school, attended the meeting and made a speech, and all the teachers and staff of the school attended the meeting.
First of all, Cui Yigen organized all the faculty and staff to conscientiously study the "Opinions on the Work of Education (Sports) in Hai'an City in 2022", the "Opinions on the Safety of the Education and Sports System in Hai'an City in 2022, and the Opinions on the Construction of the Rule of Law in Peace", as well as the relevant meetings such as the Safety Management Work Conference, the Comprehensive and Strict Management of the Party and the Warning Education Conference, etc., which briefly conveyed the main spirit of Mayor Tan Zhen's speech, and asked all the teachers and staff to return to the team, cheer up their spirits, go all out to start a good situation, and quickly devote themselves to the preparations for the opening of the school with a good spiritual outlook. Cui Yigen read out the "School Work Plan for the Second Semester of the 2021-2022 School Year of Hai'an Nanmo Middle School", which clarified the focus and goals of the work and put forward the work ideas and measures. He hoped that all comrades would earnestly improve their work style, strengthen the "consciousness of scrambling for the lead" and the "consciousness of returning to zero," adjust the state and do a good job in the work of opening schools, and strive to make themselves a good teacher with a sense of responsibility, good at studying, unity and cooperation, and full of the "four qi" (righteousness, vitality, aura, and atmosphere).
Cui Yigen also briefly reported on the teaching quality inspection at the end of the last semester, asking all the teaching staff to carry forward the spirit of women's football, be diligent and dedicated, never give up, strive to improve their professional ability and teacher moral cultivation, and contribute their wisdom and strength to promote the high-quality development of school education and teaching and the high-quality development of Hai'an education.
Then, Huang Shunhua, a member of the school council, organized all the teaching staff to study the "Jiangsu Provincial Compulsory Education Student Homework Management Norms", strengthened the disciplinary requirements for the teaching work in the new semester, and made arrangements for the specific arrangements for the opening of the school and the key work at the beginning of the period.
Finally, Lu Shaowei, deputy secretary of the general party branch of the school, mobilized and deployed the "Year of Work Style Construction and Upgrading" activity of Nanmo Middle School in Hai'an City.
Vice President Han Chunhong presided over the meeting and put forward clear requirements for the school's energy conservation and emission reduction work in the new semester. Han Chunhong asked all faculty and staff to start from themselves, start from small things, strive to practice the concept of ecological environmental protection and low-carbon life, strive to be the disseminators and practitioners of "energy conservation and emission reduction", and create a conservation-oriented campus.
