Cosmic boundaries and epochs

author:Star Sea OO0e

Seeing an article about the boundaries of the universe, I seriously thought about whether the universe has boundaries and whether human civilization is lonely. If the universe is really a big bang, then there must be boundaries, and human civilization should not be alone. But what is the periphery of the boundary? What was it before the explosion? Will the universe expand indefinitely, or will it reach an expanding apex and then begin to contract due to gravity until it eventually becomes a cosmic singularity, returning to its pre-explosion state, and then exploding again for unknown reasons or ultra-high thermal and ultra-high pressure reasons, completing a cycle to open the next cosmic era. If so, then all civilizations will be ended, and civilizations of the level of the Zeros should not be an exception. When I was in junior high school physics class, I thought about this question, but unfortunately I never got the answer. In recent decades, there has not been much progress in theoretical research and speculation on the origin and direction of the universe, and it is hoped that there will be great progress in cosmic science in the lifetime. Once upon a time, looking up at the stars, forget it, you still have to move bricks to pay off the mortgage [laugh] [laugh] [laugh]
