According to the relevant person in charge of the Hazardous Chemical Department of the Municipal Emergency Management Bureau, since December last year, the city has repeatedly organized special actions to "crack down on illegal violations" of fireworks and firecrackers, and strictly investigated and dealt with illegal sales in the prohibited areas, funeral supplies stores, small department stores, shopping malls and supermarkets. At the same time, we will mobilize the strength of villages and communities (neighborhood committees) to comprehensively investigate abandoned factories, sheds and other places, and continue to crack down on illegal production, operation, storage and transportation of fireworks and firecrackers.

Up to now, the city has dispatched more than 1220 inspectors, carried out 382 inspections (inspections), found no illegal production behavior, found 64 illegal fireworks and firecrackers, temporarily withheld 6 fireworks and firecrackers retail business licenses, seized more than 2980 illegal fireworks and firecrackers products, and administratively detained 3 people, effectively purifying the fireworks and firecrackers retail market and deterring illegal and criminal acts.
