On February 6, Shenyang 110 received a call for help from a citizen who said that an injured wild animal, suspected of being a wild boar, had been found near a drainage ditch on the Qiwang Line in Hunnan District.
After receiving the call for help, the 110 police and the staff of the Liaoning Provincial Homeland Wildlife Rescue Center immediately rushed to the scene. It was identified that this was really a wild boar, belonging to the national three protected wild animals, and seemed to have eaten poisonous food by mistake.
On the same day, after on-site registration, the wild boar was taken to the Liaoning Provincial Home wildlife rescue center. After veterinary examination, it was found that the wild boar was injured after hitting a tree because of its fast running speed. In response to his condition, the veterinarian carried out treatment.
