On January 27, the reporter learned from the Office of the Joint Conference on the Promotion and Application of New Energy Vehicles and Industrial Development that the city issued the "Ningde City 2022 New Energy Vehicle Consumption Promotion Activity Plan", which will continue the new energy car purchase subsidy policy, and give a one-time subsidy of 4,000 yuan to each vehicle that meets the conditions, with a limited amount of 658 vehicles, until the end is issued.

According to the relevant person in charge of the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, the city formulated and issued the "Seven Measures to Encourage the Consumption of New Energy Vehicles in Ningde City" on August 12, 2021, and gave car purchase subsidies to consumers who purchased new energy vehicles before December 31, with a subsidy of 4,000 yuan per vehicle and a limited quota of 500 places. Since the implementation of the policy, it has achieved certain results, with a total of 1.368 million yuan in subsidies, which has promoted the promotion of 342 new energy vehicles in the city, driven automobile consumption by about 24.88 million yuan, and the remaining subsidy funds are 632,000 yuan.

In order to further promote the construction of "electric Ningde" and encourage the consumption of new energy vehicles, according to the "Seven Measures to Encourage the Consumption of New Energy Vehicles in Ningde City" and the spirit of the municipal government special meeting, a promotion fee plan was formulated. The activity time is for the whole year of 2022, and the subsidy targets are individual consumers and online ride-hailing operators who purchase new energy vehicles in our city and are licensed for the first time in our city from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022.

Enterprises or individuals that meet the scope of activity subsidies, after completing the purchase of cars and listing the cards, upload the car purchase invoice, driving license, and business license at the exclusive entrance of "Ningde New Energy Vehicle Purchase and Consumption Promotion" set up by the "i Ningde" APP (the subsidy type selects the upload business license of the online car), and fill in the bank card information, and the bank card account name must be consistent with the owner of the vehicle. Ningde Jiaotong Electronic Information Co., Ltd. submits the information for review on the 1st of each month, and the car purchase invoice is reviewed by the Municipal Taxation Bureau, the driving license is audited by the Municipal Traffic Police Detachment, and the business license is reviewed by the Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau. According to the feedback from the audit, Ningde Jiaotong Electronic Information Co., Ltd. will issue the car purchase subsidy to the user's designated bank card before the 15th of each month.

In addition, if the new car purchased has applied for the relevant automobile consumption promotion subsidy in our city through other channels, it will not repeat the enjoyment of this activity. Vehicles that meet the requirements of the "Ningde City "Tesco for all" 2022 New Year Automobile Consumption Promotion Activity Implementation Plan" will give priority to the use of the Municipal Bureau of Commerce activity subsidy funds, and the insufficient part will be made up by the funds of this activity.
