Yueyang Lou District Committee Theoretical Learning Center Group (Expanded) Study and Training Course for Responsible Cadres in the Whole District was opened

On the morning of February 9, the 2022 Yueyang Lou District Committee Theoretical Learning Center Group (Expanded) Study and The Training Course for the Construction of Responsible Cadres in the Whole District was held. A total of 1,321 people attended the training, including Zeng Pingyuan, secretary of the district party committee, Bai Zaixing, deputy secretary of the district party committee and mayor of the district, leading cadres at or above the deputy department level in the whole district, cadres at or above the deputy section level in subdistrict (township) and district departments, and practical cadres in the deputy sections of government organs and public institutions, and principal cadres of communities (villages).

At the training class, Zeng Pingyuan gave a lecture to cadres in the whole region with the theme of "Conscientiously Studying and Implementing the Spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the Nineteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, Strengthening the Construction of the Cadre Team, and Providing a Strong Organizational Guarantee for the Construction of the Core Leading District and the District with the First Virtue." From the three aspects of the development of the cause of the party and the people, which requires generations of Chinese communists to continue to struggle, we must grasp the fundamental plan of succession; the current situation, problems and shortcomings of the cadre team in the whole region; strengthening the construction of the cadre team, and providing strong organizational guarantees for the construction of the core leading district and the first good district, he called on everyone to conscientiously practice the standard of loyal and clean cadres, and compared with the clear requirements put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping for young and middle-aged cadres to "strive to become a pillar of talent that can be of great use and can shoulder heavy responsibilities".
