Mr. Qiu Was born in March 1974 in Pingjiang County, Hunan Province. He is a member of the Chinese Writers Association, a director of the Hunan Novel Society, a director of the Hunan Provincial Prose Literature Society, and the vice chairman of the Yueyang Writers Association.
