At 23:12 on February 4, 2022, the Longshu police station received a phone call from Zhong Mouwen, who lived in Longshu Town, saying that at about 8:53 on February 4, 2022, in Longshu Town, Ludian County, his brother Zhong Moukuan was chased by more than 20 unknown people on the door of his home and injured, and asked the public security organs to deal with it. After receiving the alarm, the Longshu police station immediately dispatched the police to deal with it.
After investigation, at about 08:00 on February 4, 2022, Geng Mourong (a native of Sujia Township, Zhaoyang District, Zhaotong City), Tao Moulan (a native of Sujia Township, Zhaoyang District, Zhaotong City), and Zhong Mouping (a native of Longshu Town, Ludian County) had a dispute over their marital relationship, and Geng Mourong and Geng Moucan, Geng Mouyong, Geng Mougang, Geng Moujian, Guo Moujiang, Geng Moudong, Geng Moudi, Zhu Moulin, Geng Mou Xie, Li Moufang, and others went to Zhong Mouping's home in Longshu Town, Ludian County, to find Zhong Mouping's theory, and the two sides had a dispute, and then Geng Mourong, Geng Moucan, Geng Mouyong, Geng Mougang, and Guo Moujiang , Geng Moudong, Geng Moudi, Geng Mou xie and others and Zhong Mouping and Zhong Moukuan scratched and beat, resulting in Zhong Mouping and Zhong Moukuan head injuries.
After the incident, with the strong support of the Ludian County Public Security Bureau Spring Festival Duty Group police and the Ludian County Bureau Patrol Special Police Brigade, the police investigated the facts of the case for the first time. With the approval of the Ludian County Public Security Bureau, Geng Mourong, Geng Moucan, Geng Mouyong, Geng Mougang, Guo Moujiang, Geng Moudong, Geng Moudi, and Geng Mou Xie were placed in administrative detention ranging from 11 to 14 days and fined 600 yuan, and Zhong Moukuan was given a punishment of four days of administrative detention.
At present, Geng Mourong, Geng Moucan, Geng Mouyong, Geng Mougang, Guo Moujiang, Geng Moudong, Geng Moudi, Geng Mou xie, and Zhong Moukuan have been sent to the Ludian County Administrative Detention Center for administrative detention.
