Liu Wen introduced that in the training, Liu Wen and the training team actively explored innovation on the standards required by the International Olympic Committee. Mentioning this, Liu Wen showed pride in her words. In the training, in addition to the usual physical training, standard technical movements, awarding process and international etiquette and other training, they also integrated the content of the classic Chinese works "Book of Poetry" and "Analects" into the training, and improved the behavior of etiquette volunteers from the table and inside.

For example, Liu Wen said that unlike the Pyeongchang Winter Olympic ceremony volunteers, the hands of the award ceremonial personnel of this Winter Olympic Games were crossed in front of the abdomen. "This standing posture is a very typical Chinese hand position." Liu Wen said.

In the interview, Liu Wen repeatedly expressed her admiration for the etiquette volunteers. She admitted that the awards of the Winter Olympics are quite difficult, etiquette volunteers in addition to overcoming the cold challenges brought by the venue, but also to overcome a lot of psychological pressure, in the award, etiquette volunteers two to four hours in advance can not eat, water, can not go to the bathroom, have to stay in the waiting area to prepare for the award moment.

At this Winter Olympic Games, Liu Wen's focus on training is the ice hockey project award ceremony volunteers. Liu Wen told reporters that the ice hockey project is a collective sports project, at the time of awarding, there are as many as dozens of athletes in the three teams of gold medal, silver medal and bronze medal, and the award venue is the ice surface of the scene, which puts forward higher requirements for etiquette volunteers. In order to stabilize the tray containing medals and mascots, but also to lose calm and elegance, in the usual training, etiquette volunteers need to use sandbags for weight training. "After a training, everyone can't hold the chopsticks steadily, and their hands are shaking."

Due to the impact of the new crown pneumonia epidemic, etiquette volunteers need to wear masks when performing their tasks, which means that the position of etiquette volunteers from the eyes down to the mouth will be obscured, how to make athletes and spectators feel the smile of etiquette volunteers? Liu Wen introduced that this link requires etiquette volunteers to also keep a smile in the mask and convey happiness and congratulations through their eyes.

"Hide your skills in the details, and show the national self-confidence from the details." Liu Wen believes that all the hard work and sweat are gathered to be the attitude of the state of etiquette, and everything is worth it. (End)
