Liu Wen is from the First People's Hospital of Zunyi City, Guizhou Province, and is also a well-known etiquette training expert in China. In 2021, Liu Wen was invited to become the instructor of the award ceremony of the Winter Olympic Games and went to Beijing to participate in the intensive training of volunteer candidates for the award ceremony.
What can etiquette volunteers pass on to the winning athletes? The answer given by Liu Wen is: the love of a great power. In Liu Wen's view, athletes not only showed their own highlight moments on the field, but also represented the country behind them, fighting for honor for the country and fighting for their dreams. "As the 'master' of this Winter Olympic Games, we must convey the highest respect for athletes through the norms and elegance of the ceremonial volunteers."
Liu Wen introduced that in the training, Liu Wen and the training team actively explored innovation on the standards required by the International Olympic Committee. Mentioning this, Liu Wen showed pride in her words. In the training, in addition to the usual physical training, standard technical movements, awarding process and international etiquette and other training, they also integrated the content of the classic Chinese works "Book of Poetry" and "Analects" into the training, and improved the behavior of etiquette volunteers from the table and inside.

In the interview, Liu Wen repeatedly expressed her admiration for the etiquette volunteers. Liu Wen told reporters that the ice hockey project is a collective sports project, at the time of awarding, there are as many as dozens of athletes in the three teams of gold medal, silver medal and bronze medal, and the award venue is the ice surface of the scene, which puts forward higher requirements for etiquette volunteers. In order to stabilize the tray containing medals and mascots, but also to lose calm and elegance, in the usual training, etiquette volunteers need to use sandbags for weight training.
