Master Management ET ADMINISTRATION DES ENTREPRISES Master of Business Administration
MAE (Master of Business Administration) is a professional program with a Bac + 5-level diploma at the University of Le Mans in France, aimed at developing executives with scientific, technical, legal or literary literacy, which enable them to acquire dual skills: in addition to basic professional knowledge, a solid foundation in management skills can be laid. To this end, MAE offers training that combines legal, economic and business management methods.
Courses are directed by Sana GUETAT, a senior lecturer in management science. In order to provide the most professional training to the trainees, the MAE training is based on the study of work management by the laboratory team of the Management Research Seminar at the University of Le Mans, especially in the areas of corporate organizational form and governance, behaviour and decision-making choices (the two axes of the management research team).
The purpose of the MAE is to train managers to blend professional fundamentals with operational management skills. Course training also focuses on the application of knowledge in certain complex situations such as business change, case studies, management simulations, group work, meetings with professionals in various departments. The course focuses on imparting to students to think about and solve a variety of specific problems in corporate management and organization.
This project is adopted by the University of Le Mans and THE MBS Business School in a joint teaching mode, and after graduation, it obtains the National Master Diploma and the MBS Master Diploma issued by the University of Le Mans.
