The front face of the Starry Sky Edition adopts a more radical and avant-garde design language, and the star diamond modeling elements are arranged in a parametric manner, presenting a visual effect of spreading outwards. Transverse chrome trims are connected to a slim headlight cluster for enhanced overall legibility. At the same time, the grille under the new car has also been upgraded, and the hollow design is very sporty.
Compared to the current model, the iconic horizontal grille is larger, and the upper grille is integrated with the headlight sets on both sides, which is more imposing and dynamic while expanding the visual width.
The body side shape continues the trendy and atmospheric style of the past. In addition, the blackened LED stereoscopic taillights echo with the headlights group, and the highly tensioned tail design is more layered. The Starry Sky Edition is equipped with a black and dynamic tail wing, outlining the beautiful sports characteristics of the new Langyi.
In terms of interior, the new car provides a variety of interior color schemes, the mist gray interior focuses on bright and fresh exquisite life, high-quality blue leather fabric with black upholstery fabric, and rice cross check, revealing the youth and fashion of modern cities. Cool black is the unique color of the sports model, a large area of graphite black high-grade leather fabric, supplemented by a number of red as embellishments, to create a youthful, vibrant car space.
The interior of the new car features transverse two-tone trim that divides the centre console into upper and lower parts, creating a spacious and stretchy driving space while highlighting the layered interior. The large lcd screen of the central control is changed from embedded to floating design, which greatly enhances the sense of science and technology in the cockpit. The new family-style steering wheel, air conditioning air outlets, dashboards, door panels, etc., are all decorated with dazzling silver chrome, showing exquisite quality.
In the power part, SAIC Volkswagen's new Langyi may continue to be equipped with 1.4T and 1.5L engines, with maximum power of 110kW and 83kW respectively, and peak torques of 250N·m and 145N·m. As for whether it will carry the latest 1.5T power, it is still unknown.
