In those days, the people hoped that it would rain and that the crops would have a good harvest. My hometown staple food is sweet potato corn radish. A little wheat is divided into a year, and only in the New Year can you use wheat to wrap dumplings to improve your life.

In that era, the rain and snow were very large, that is, the cold winter, but also a single shoe, in the past called liberation shoes, a pair a year, sewing and patching continue to wear. The games played are hide-and-seek, jumping leather bands, pushing iron circles, fluttering dragonflies, sticking to the know, playing with stones, etc. are the best entertainment, enjoy it tirelessly.

In 1976, when the college entrance examination was resumed, I actively prepared, and in 1978, I was admitted to the Shandong Provincial Water Conservancy and Mechanical and Electrical School, and finally left the countryside. I did not go far away, went to Yantai Railway Station, saw the train for the first time, ran to Qufu, was very excited, and began three years of secondary school study.

After the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the rural areas began to have a joint production contract responsibility system, the rural areas began to have new vitality, new scenes appeared, the people had enthusiasm, grain production also increased, slowly enough to eat, the surplus could be bought and sold, the vegetables and fruits planted by themselves could be freely traded, the living standards were improved, and the people's mental outlook was also improved. The party's good policies have greatly aroused the enthusiasm of the common people. With the adjustment and improvement of national policies. The rural areas are gradually becoming rich and moving toward a well-off society. Now the rural land is reversed, young people go out to work, and people who don't go out farm at home and grow cash crops. My hometown is hilly, so there are many fruit trees, driving a lot of industries. Carton factories, apple bag factories, apple boxes, cold storage, vehicle transport teams, construction teams, various maintenance plants, sprung up like mushrooms.

The market is open, the eight immortals across the sea have their own abilities, and my hometown is very different from the past. Now the countryside is revitalizing, the rural streets are hardened, the roads are paved, and even the dirt roads in the mountains are cement roads, and people work on the mountains are tricycles and motorcycles, and what they need to buy. Tap water has also entered the household, three days and two ends of the market shopping, there is a jiayue large supermarket, living standards have been improved, goods are abundant, and quality has been guaranteed.

There are more people on the streets, all kinds of entertainment are enriched, and people's hearts are stable, especially everyone has medical insurance, and there are living allowances for people over seventy years old, so it can be said that the countryside has undergone earth-shaking changes. Rural public security is also very good, and there are no sneaky fights, all of which are the gospel brought about by reform and opening up. Rural toilets have revolutionized, and farmhouses have also been hygienic. Home solar water heater, garbage is also uniformly collected, clean, dirty mess is gone. Social harmony, people's health, thanks to our country and our party, let the countryside be stable, happy and healthy, food and clothing worry-free.
