At the same time, based on the customized design module of the COSMOPlat industrial Internet platform of Kaos, Kaos actively communicates with the Chinese national team coaching team, athletes, waxers and other on-site needs such as the use environment, installation environment, and use functions, and fully interacts with China National Heavy Duty Truck, the Provincial Design Institute, the Sports Group, etc., relying on the precipitated data power, simulation power, customization force and other capabilities, quickly develops and deploys the snow wax car interactive custom SaaS module, and uses digital twins and other technologies to quickly deduce the overall layout and functional partition of the snow wax car , while improving accuracy, the time required for the development of this first set of equipment was reduced by more than 60%.

In order to ensure that the extreme situation in winter is foolproof, the engineers of Haier Air Conditioning Xinjiang Company rushed to the scene within 12 hours after receiving the task, and at 3 o'clock in the morning, the engineers braved the low temperature of minus 20 degrees for debugging, and at the same time communicated remotely with the operators of the Kaos platform in Qingdao and Shanghai to ensure a one-time pass of the test.
