In 2019, the world's first smart + 5G connected factory built by Hailkaos COSMOPlat was officially released. At this time, Hale Kaos COSMOPlat used 5G networks to create a connected factory that can realize networking, digitization and intelligence. It deeply integrates artificial intelligence, 5G and other related technologies, so that the factory can realize the self-perception of the whole process information, the self-decision-making of the whole element event, and the self-iteration of the full cycle scenario, and was rated as the benchmark enterprise of intelligent manufacturing in 2019.

At the same time, on the basis of the practice of 5G + connected factory, Haier Kaos COSMOPlat applies the experience of 5G + fully connected connected factory to Haier Zhongde Industrial Park, creating an overall solution from a single-point 5G application upgrade to a complete 5G smart park, realizing the application pain point transformation of industrial park quality inspection, park security, production management, etc., and further empowering intelligent manufacturing.

In the second batch of "5G + Industrial Internet" ten typical application scenarios and five key industry practices recently released by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Haier Sino-German Roller 5G+ Fully Connected Interconnect Factory built by KAOS COSMOPlat was selected. This is also the second time that Helkaos COSMOPlat has been selected as a key industry practice in the electronic equipment manufacturing industry in June this year.

Helkaos COSMOPlat has become a demonstration case of "5G + Industrial Internet" key industry practice for two consecutive times, thanks to its steady practice in this field.

It is reported that Haier Group cooperated with China Mobile to carry out the construction of the "5G Fully Connected Park" project, which realized the application of virtual field service scenarios. Based on the algorithm on the cloud architecture, through the 5G network to achieve the cloud storage of VR content, according to the use of the needs to download the corresponding VR content for on-site teaching, truly restore the details of home appliance assembly, through text, pictures, sounds, videos, 3D models and other ways to guide interactive training, to help trainers quickly grasp the technical essentials, reduce deployment costs, solve the problem of new employee training and induction time cycle.

Since the Haier factory VR employee training platform was put into use, the induction time of new employee training has decreased by 40% year-on-year, and the rate of misoperation after taking up posts has decreased by 70%. At the same time, the number of self-learning hours for old employees increased by 35%, and the number of production line employees who mastered the multi-production process increased by 20%.
