The first word "into" is growth.

Growth consists of the following three elements:

In the past two years, I have also forced myself to develop a new habit of writing reading notes after reading books and sharing them with others.

At the beginning, almost every time I wrote an article, I had to get stuck for half a day, and I thought it was too difficult to write. You should not only write your opinion of the book, but also summarize its ideas and write them in more beautiful words.

Such a small thing is actually quite challenging. But as I have written more and more reading notes in the past two years, my personal feelings have also increased, and I suddenly found that if I did not write them, I would be uncomfortable.

Each of us is like this, after a good habit is formed, it will in turn carry the person's life forward, and whenever you want to slack off, it will come to awaken this person.

The second "cheng" is maturity.

Maturity has no absolute relationship with age, some people are very mature in their twenties, and some people are still not mature in their fifties and sixties.

Maturity means being able to seize opportunities, grasping people's hearts, and being able to reverse oneself in difficult situations. Maturity means a person's ability to achieve their ideals in society.

A person's chances in life are limited, and whether or not you can seize the opportunity is one of the signs of judging whether a person is mature. The ability to seize opportunities has little to do with age, but with a person's judgment and agility of thinking.

The second element of maturity is the ability to grasp people's hearts, which is what we often call leadership.

No matter how old the child is, there must be a group of people around him who are willing to follow him. In the future, if a group of enterprising people walk with their children, it shows that he is mature.

Maturity also means having the attitude of "walking to the end of the water and watching the clouds rise".

Everyone's life will encounter difficulties, whether the child has the vision to find hope in difficulties, whether he has the ability to find opportunities in difficulties, whether he has the temperament to "sit and watch the clouds rise", these are all indicators of whether he is mature. Whether a person has the courage is not to look at his smooth sailing, but to see his concentration and ability in the face of difficulties and even desperate situations. The real driving master is not to see whether your driving skills on the highway are good or not, but to see if you can still calmly and safely drive the car to the far side when encountering cliffs and ice and snow.
