Chief Hero Designer Ryan "Reav3" Mireles said: "We are delighted with Skaner's vote, he really has the potential to be one of the most unique of the heroes. We've done minor resets to it in the past, but we haven't been able to increase his selection rate, so we're looking forward to a major refurbishment of his skill sets, themes, and effects, like Mondo and Udil. We hope to be able to retain his R skills in some form, but parts other than that are about to be revamped from scratch.
The Shells don't have much of a story at the moment, and we're looking forward to digging deeper into their world and backstory. We are still a few months away from the official start of the renovation, but when we start construction, we will publish a developer log to analyze the progress of the renovation, and we will also have the opportunity to listen to the feedback of players on this scorpion friend, so please pay attention to the developer log released later this year.
Here I would also like to talk about everyone's favorite "running" hero Shivana. There must be players who are disappointed that the Dragon Girl has been selected many times but has not been able to become a reset hero. Like all players, we would like to see Shivana get a chance to reset, because the domineering half-dragon form setting gives designers a good space to play, as you know, not every hero reset will hold a voting event (such as Mondo). So we can't 100% admit that Joshvana will be the next hero to reset dramatically, but I know she will be the most favorable title contender in the next ballot event.

We haven't introduced a gothic-themed look in a while, like emo, and we're glad it's not out of the mainstream yet. We are excited to present the aesthetics of the Secondary 2 period in the modern League of Legends, and we have many different directions to choose from. We've already started exploring some of these design directions, from cute and scary styles to serious and dark styles, and there are a thousand different blacks that we can try. Our next step is to judge the advantages of the existing Gothic style and decide the direction to go for the new look!
We'll report more progress later, but for now, we just want to deal with this styling theme with a touch of calm elegance and rationality.
