In the thirty-sixth dream of the Red Chamber, Cao Xueqin solved this mystery for the reader and Baoyu, and also solved the suspense of this painting rose. It is just that Baoyu, who has always been popular, touched the nail of Ling Guan in LixiangYuan, and was also disliked by Ling Guan, thus changing Bao Yu's view of love and life, and Ling Guan can also be regarded as Bao Yu's love mentor.

Bao Yu Su used to playing with other girls, only when the lingguan was also like others, because he came to sit down next to him, and then accompanied her to laugh and sang "Yuan Qingsi" a set. Not wanting to see him sit down, lingguan hurriedly lifted himself up to avoid it, and said, "My voice is dumb." The former mother-in-law passed on to us, and I haven't sung it yet. Bao Yu saw that she was sitting up straight, and when she looked closely, it turned out to be the one that drew the word "rose" under the rose flower that day. Seeing such a situation again, he had never experienced such a dislike, so he blushed and only came out.
Rejected and disliked by the Lingguan, Bao Yu blushed curtly and could only come out. Here Cao Xueqin deliberately borrowed Baoyu's mouth to explain that Ling Guan was the girl who painted Rose.
Baoyu is the golden phoenix of Jia Province, which has always been popular with girls, and now he is rejected and treated coldly by the lingguan in Lixiangyuan, which makes Baoyu's face a little hanging. Ling Guan's refusal also changed Bao Yu's outlook on life, Bao Yu had always thought that women in the world would shed tears for him, but now he didn't think so, at least Ling Guan wouldn't shed tears for him.
Next, Cao Xueqin borrowed Baoguan's mouth to point out the love between Lingguan and Jia Qiang, the difference is that Lingguan's love is related to Bao Dai. When many of the servants in Jia Province would rather die than leave the house, the Lingguan compared Jia Fu to a prison pit and said that Jia Qiang made a finch to tease her. When Jia Qiang let go of the bird, Ling Guan said another sentence, which also pointed out the final destination of Ling Guan. When the imperial court's pardon was issued, only four or five little dramatists left jia fu and went home, and everyone else stayed in the mansion as yahuan.
