Today, our Tangshan Famous Artists column introduces Luo Huiqin, a national first-class actor, a special allowance expert of the State Council, and a representative inheritor of the national intangible cultural heritage drama evaluation project.

From 44 years of art, Luo Huiqin has starred in more than 40 plays such as "Flowers as Media", "Yang Sanjie's Complaint", "Qiankun Belt", "Xiangfei and Qianlong", "Ballad of the Red Star", etc., shaping the stage art image of different ages and personalities, and becoming one of the leading figures in the national drama Danjiao.
Luo Huiqin has won many awards such as the Plum Blossom Award of Chinese Drama, the Outstanding Actor Award of the National Young Actors Appraisal and Performance, the Outstanding Contribution Award of the China Drama Art Festival, and the Outstanding Performance Award of the China Drama Critics Arts Festival for five consecutive years.
Xin Fengxia once said something meaningful when luo Huiqin was visiting her teacher: "Tangshan is the hometown of drama critics, and it is a great responsibility for your generation to revitalize and develop drama reviews!" Luo Huiqin took her teacher's words to heart and shouldered the heavy responsibility of inheriting the new art. As one of the artists on the tip of the pyramid of today's drama critics, Luo Huiqin has been working hard to find a combination point between drama critics and modern society, hoping that passing on the torch can make the opera be inherited, innovated and revitalized in the new era.
Carry forward the culture of the hometown and Chinese culture, in addition to cultivating some outstanding backbone young critics, in 2016, Luo Huiqin also founded the Jidong Literature and Art Three Branches Flower Inheritance Base, from weeping children to ancient rare elderly people, in recent years, the base has received drama education, and the number of people who have been influenced by drama evaluation has reached more than 20,000 people.
