From 0 to 24:00 on February 1, 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 63 new confirmed cases. Among them, there were 27 imported cases (18 cases in Shanghai, 5 cases in Guangdong, 1 case in Beijing, 1 case in Jilin, 1 case in Henan, and 1 case in Guangxi), including 2 cases from asymptomatic infected persons to confirmed cases (1 case in Beijing and 1 case in Guangdong); 36 cases in local cases (15 cases in Zhejiang, all in Hangzhou; 12 cases in Tianjin, including 6 cases in Hebei District, 4 cases in Binhai New Area, and 2 cases in Hedong District; 6 cases in Guangdong, including 2 cases in Shenzhen City, 1 case in Huizhou City, 1 case in Meizhou City, 1 case in Heyuan City, 1 case in Yunfu City; and 2 cases in Beijing, all in Fengtai District 1 case in Hebei, in Hengshui City). There were no new deaths. There were no new suspected cases.

On the same day, 145 new cured and discharged cases were cured and discharged, 1964 close contacts were released from medical observation, and the number of severe cases decreased by 1 case compared with the previous day.

There are 809 confirmed cases imported from overseas (including 1 severe case), and there are no existing suspected cases. The cumulative number of confirmed cases is 12,631, the cumulative number of cured and discharged cases is 11,822, and there are no deaths.

As of 24:00 on February 1, according to reports from 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, there are 1,802 confirmed cases (including 9 severe cases), 99,764 cured and discharged cases, 4,636 cumulative deaths, 106202 confirmed cases and no existing suspected cases. A total of 1533257 close contacts have been traced, and 44,522 close contacts are still under medical observation.

31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 28 new cases of asymptomatic infection, including 24 cases imported from abroad and 4 cases from the mainland (all in Guangdong, including 3 cases in Yunfu City and 1 case in Shenzhen City); 2 cases were converted to confirmed cases on the same day (all imported from abroad); 30 cases were released from medical observation on the same day (27 cases imported from abroad); and 810 cases of asymptomatic infected people were still under medical observation (688 cases imported from abroad).

A total of 32,758 confirmed cases have been reported from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. Among them, there were 13,829 cases in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (12,806 cases discharged from hospital, 213 deaths), 79 cases in Macao Special Administrative Region (79 cases discharged from hospital), and 18,850 cases in Taiwan Region (13,742 cases discharged from hospital, 851 deaths).
