Immediately afterward, the creative dance "Golden Face", selected by the Propaganda Department of the Deyang Municipal Party Committee, interpreted the beauty of romance and art against the background of Sanxingdui civilization, allowing hundreds of millions of viewers to feel the profound heritage of ancient Shu Huazhang.

The large bronze mask made a stunning appearance
The bronze mask released at the Spring Festival Gala site was excavated in June 2021, with a width of 131cm, a height of 71cm, a depth of 66cm, and a weight of 131 kilograms, which is the largest and well-preserved large-scale bronze mask excavated at the Sanxingdui site known so far, and the largest bronze mask unearthed in the world so far. The mask is wide and broad-fronted, angular, and the lines of the eyebrows, eyes, lips, etc. are smooth and prominent on the face, and the thick and long eyebrows are raised. The bronze mask is a typical artifact of the Sanxingdui culture, which has a history of more than 3,000 years, reflecting the understanding and thinking of the ancient Shu ancestors on the natural world and the world of gods and people.
Since 2019, under the guidance and support of the State Administration of Cultural Heritage, the Sichuan Provincial Bureau of Cultural Relics has organized the Sichuan Provincial Institute of Cultural Relics and Archaeology and other units to discover six new "sacrifice pits" in the area where Sanxingdui No. 1 and No. 2 "Sacrifice Pits" are located, numbered three to eight respectively. Located in the south-central part of Pit 3, the Large Mask is the earliest emerging bronze artifact, which is particularly striking, and on June 23, 2021, the mask was extracted from the pit.
It is worth mentioning that this mask is very well preserved, only the left ear is detached, and there is a slight defect behind the left cheek and the corner of the mouth. The cultural security personnel analyzed and studied the casting process of the bronze mask, and its production was first cast and formed, and the face, the back of the cheek, the eyes, the ears and other parts were cast separately, and then welded and combined into one. This is not only the perfect combination of bronze technology and art, but also a unique expression of the spiritual world of the ancient Shu people. In addition, silk residues were also found in the right eye of this mask, and the combination of silk and masks that were believed to have the function of "heaven and theosophical" in the ancient Shu civilization highlighted the connotation of sacred sacrifice and became an important physical evidence for the study of Sanxingdui silk.
As a major project of "Archaeology in China", the excavation of sanxingdui site is also a typical representative of China's century-old archaeological achievements, since its discovery in 1929, several generations of archaeologists have continued to struggle for a hundred years and explore the roots of civilization.
By the end of 2021, Sanxingdui has only discovered six new sacrifice pits with a total of more than 10,000 pieces of numbered cultural relics, including gold masks, top statues, round square figures, large masks, altar models, kneeling bronze figures, more than 500 ivory and many other exquisite cultural relics, some of which can be viewed at close range in the Sanxingdui Open Cultural Relics Restoration Hall. Many cultural relics such as Tongzun, Tongzun, Yuzhang, and Yuqun show the close connection between Shudi and the culture of the Central Plains and the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River, and empirically demonstrate the historical development process of the pluralism and integration of Chinese civilization.

The 3-minute program is presented by young actors Zhu Fengwei and Wang Xi in the form of a double dance, the two dance together under the sacred tree, creating a sense of myth of surreal space, telling a romantic love story full of suspense and poetry, showing the Chinese nation's beautiful yearning for a happy life. The program is planned and directed by film director Yu Baimei, choreographed by Yang Liping, using cinematic shooting methods, through CG design and production + optical motion capture technology, to show the audience a romantic, mysterious and aesthetic visual feast.
It is understood that Sanxingdui is not the first time to appear on the CCTV evening, in 2021 CCTV May Fourth Gala, singer Zheng Yunlong sang the song adaptation with Sanxingdui as the theme of "How I Look So Good".
