Recently, after some users enabled fTPM on the AMD platform, many people reported that they encountered audio failures, or dropped frames and stuck. Obviously, this matter is related to the compatibility between the AMD fTPM scheme and Windows. Enabling fTPM may cause slow device performance and experience stuttering when playing games on Windows 10/11 operating systems.
One user is using a Ryzen™ R5-1600AF processor, and the main problem is that the computer will appear random stuttering and popping. The other was using the Ryzen™ R9-3900X processor + MSI MEG X570 ACE motherboard, and unexpectedly encountered a random problem after enabling fTPM.

If you're not playing music, you probably won't know you're lying on the gun by now — even though the Windows 11 Pro operating system, motherboard BIOS, and drivers are up to date.
Thankfully, the issue doesn't affect all PCs, and it seems to be occurring more often in systems upgrading from Windows 10 to Windows 11 (rather than a fresh installation). In addition, the problem is not so serious that the machine is completely bricked, and at most it lasts for a few seconds at random.
