Now some people have a lot of white hair when they are young, why is this? Kidney loss is one of the reasons. This type of white hair is more common in middle-aged people, which is manifested by the gradual increase in the number of white hairs from several roots, or even all of them become white, occasionally thinning and falling off hair, often accompanied by dizziness, insomnia and dreams, tinnitus and deafness, waist and knee soreness, mental fatigue and other phenomena.
In the theory of Traditional Chinese medicine, there is a saying that "in addition to blood, the kidney is in hair", which means that the nutrition of hair comes from blood, and the vitality of hair is rooted in the kidney. Because the kidney main hides essence, the sperm can transform the blood, so the sperm blood is exuberant, the hair is strong and moist, the kidney is insufficient, the blood is deficient, the hair is withered, early shed and white.
So what should we do if the kidney yin loses? The following is to introduce several kinds of Chinese medicines that can nourish the kidney yin and grow black hair.
First, He Shouwu
He Shou Wu is derived from the dried roots of the Tateshina family He Shou Wu, which is clumpy or irregular spindle shape, 6 to 15 cm long and 4 to 12 cm in diameter. In the "Compendium of Materia Medica, Volume XVIII", He Shou Wu is introduced to be "able to nourish blood and benefit the liver, strengthen the lean kidneys, strengthen the muscles and bones, and make black hair, and be a good medicine." "It can treat liver and kidney deficiency, lack of qi and blood caused by premature graying of hair, alopecia areata, etc., often with yellow, female virgin, mulberry root and so on." The medicinal diet is: 12g of He Shou Wu, 160g of japonica rice, 3 to 5 red dates, and an appropriate amount of brown sugar. First, fry He Shou Wu in a casserole dish to extract the juice, remove the residue, add japonica rice, red dates, and simmer the porridge. When the porridge is cooked, add an appropriate amount of brown sugar, then boil and serve while it is hot.
2. Mulberry
Mulberry is a dried or freshly ripe fruit spike of the mulberry family, oblong, 1 to 2 cm long, 0.5 to 0 .8cm in diameter. In the "Southern Yunnan Materia Medica", it is described that mulberry is "beneficial to the kidneys and solid, and has long been served with black inventions." "It can treat liver and kidney deficiency, yin and blood deficiency caused by dizziness and tinnitus, dizziness, early whitening, etc., can be used alone, can also be taken with cooked yellow, He Shou Wu and so on." For internal use, 10 to 15g, decoction, boiling paste, soaking wine, into the pills, raw can be.
3. Ink dry lotus
It is a dry aerial part of the intestines of the Asteraceae family, all covered with white fur, cylindrical stems, longitudinal ridges, 2 to 5 mm in diameter, and a greenish-brown or dark green surface. The Compendium of Materia Medica, Volume 16, introduces mulberry energy as "black hair, beneficial to kidney yin." "It can cure early whitening of the liver and kidneys caused by yin deficiency, sore waist and knees, etc." The method of taking is: the ink dry lotus is selected, the juice is decocted in water, fried 3 times, 3 liquids are combined, and the same amount of honey is added after concentration over low heat, and the paste is boiled and harvested. Take 10 ml three times a day with warm rice wine.
4. The Virgin
Privet is the dried ripe fruit of the Psycnidae plant, ovate, oval or kidney-shaped, 6 to 8.5 mm long, 3.5 to 5.5 mm in diameter, and purple-black or gray-black on the surface. "Materia Medica" introduced it as "black hair, black whiskers, strong tendons, more blood tonic and wind removal", so it can be used to treat the liver and kidney yin deficiency caused by early whitening, dark eyes, etc., can be used alone, can also be used with the ink dry lotus. The medicinal diet is: 30g of female virgins, 30g of shou wu, 30g of black sesame seeds, 30g of raw ground yellow, 30g of raw cypress leaves, 30g of mohle lotus, 9g of Sichuan pepper, 12g of large green leaves, 15g of tangerine peel, 500g of black beans, the first 9 flavors are fried twice, descused, the medicinal liquid is combined and then fried into a thin liquid, boiled into black beans until the medicinal juice is absorbed, take out the black beans to dry, bottle storage. Chew 60 capsules each time and 3 times during solar eclipses.
