To facilitate employee commuting to and from work Tesla bought a railway in Germany

We learned from foreign media that a spokesperson for the German Ministry of Infrastructure and State Planning recently confirmed that Tesla purchased an existing railway track from the German regional railway group DRE, which runs from the town of Erkner to a new station south of the Berlin factory, and Tesla purchased the railway to help employees more easily reach the Berlin factory.

As Tesla's first gigafactory in Europe, the gigafactory in Berlin, Germany, has been attracting attention. The Berlin plant is not yet officially operational and is awaiting approval from German regulators. However, Tesla's internal emails from the previous outflow show that the Model Y produced at the Berlin factory has begun to accept reservations and will be delivered to customers in March.
