From 0:00 to 24:00 on January 28, there were 5 new locally confirmed cases in Beijing (confirmed cases 1 and 2 were reported yesterday), no new suspected cases and asymptomatic infected people; no new imported confirmed cases and suspected cases, and 10 new cases of asymptomatic infected people imported from abroad. 9 cases were cured and discharged from hospital.

Confirmed case 1: Currently residing in No. 1 Yaziqiao Road, Guang'anmenwai Street, Xicheng District. Due to the confirmed cases in the same unit, on January 24, nucleic acid testing was conducted as a risk control personnel, and the results were negative. On 25 January, he was transferred to a centralized isolation site as a close contact of the confirmed case, during which he tested negative for nucleic acid twice. On January 27, the nucleic acid test result was positive, and he was transferred to a designated hospital, and based on the results of epidemiological history, clinical manifestations, laboratory tests and imaging tests, he was diagnosed as a confirmed case on January 28, and the clinical classification was ordinary type.

Confirmed case 2: Currently living in No. 212 Courtyard of Yuquanying, Yuquanying Street, Fengtai District, working in a cold storage in the southwest suburbs. He said that he had dined at Huaxing Restaurant many times. On January 20, he was tested as a risk manager and the result was negative. On 21 January, the close contacts of the confirmed case were transferred to the centralized isolation point, during which the nucleic acid test results were negative on three occasions. On January 27, the nucleic acid test result was positive, and he was transferred to a designated hospital, and based on the results of epidemiological history, clinical manifestations, laboratory tests and imaging tests, he was diagnosed as a confirmed case on January 28, and the clinical classification was mild.

Confirmed case 3: Currently residing in Yihai Garden Hengfengyuan Community, Xincun Street, Fengtai District, working at the old wall root shabu -- shabu (Yihai Garden Store) in Fengtai District. He said that he had visited many bakeries (Yihai Garden Shop) to eat. On January 21, he was quarantined at home as a risk control officer. On January 28, the nucleic acid test result was positive, and he was transferred to a designated hospital, and based on the results of epidemiological history, clinical manifestations, laboratory tests and imaging tests, he was diagnosed as a confirmed case on the same day, and the clinical classification was mild.

Confirmed case 4: Currently residing in Yihai Garden Hengfengyuan Community, Xincun Street, Fengtai District, working at the old wall root shabu -- shabu (Yihai Garden Store) in Fengtai District. He reported developing fever on 26 January and taking his own medication without seeking medical attention. On January 28, the nucleic acid test result was positive, and he was transferred to a designated hospital, and based on the results of epidemiological history, clinical manifestations, laboratory tests and imaging tests, he was diagnosed as a confirmed case on the same day, and the clinical classification was ordinary type.

Confirmed case 5: Currently residing in Jade Villa Community, Wangzuo Town, Fengtai District, working in the southwest suburban cold storage. On January 20, as a risk management and control personnel, he was isolated at home, transferred to a centralized isolation point on January 27, and on January 28, the nucleic acid test result was positive, and he was transferred to a designated hospital, and the results of comprehensive epidemiological history, clinical manifestations, laboratory tests and imaging tests were diagnosed as confirmed cases on the same day, and the clinical classification was mild.

Epidemiological investigations have been carried out on the above cases and control measures have been implemented as required.

At present, the epidemic situation in the capital is still severe and complex, and it is necessary to tighten the "four-party responsibility", implement the requirements of epidemic prevention deployment to the letter, and strictly implement medical observation, health monitoring, nucleic acid testing and other measures.
