Looking back at the Weibo hot search list of the past year, not only laughing and scolding, accompanied by Douban and Xiaohongshu, there are also various serious "interviews", "punishments", "shutdowns", "rectifications", and even "removals". The reason is that in addition to advertising violations and infringement disputes, there are also all kinds of vulgar, violent, soft pornography and other illegal information, which infringe on the rights and interests of minors and endanger the construction of the network ecology.
In 2021, which Internet entertainment platforms have more negative hot searches? Why are they on the hot search? Nandu Big Data Research Institute combed through more than 460 hot searches involving 25 Internet entertainment platforms, and these findings were made.

According to incomplete statistics, in 2021, at least 25 Internet entertainment platforms will be on Weibo hot searches, covering audio and video, social, animation, and game fields, of which WeChat, B station, Douban, Douyin, iQiyi, Xiaohongshu and other platforms are hot search households, each platform has been listed at least 30 times, and WeChat-related hot searches have exceeded 100 times.
Little Red Book, Douban, B station negative hot search
As far as negative hot searches are concerned, at least 19 platforms are involved, and the three platforms of Xiaohongshu, Douban and B Station are more negative, accounting for about 40%.
Among them, the negative hot search related to the Little Red Book includes planting grass notes gray production, filter attractions, minors sexual innuendo, advertising violations and other aspects, related hot searches include "Little Red Book was exposed to minors sexually suggestive", "Little Red Book was exposed to push minors' body privacy", "Little Red Book Grass Notes sent 4 yuan a piece", "Little Red Book apologized to filter attractions" and so on.
Most of the negative hot searches related to Douban have the words "interview", "rectification" and "punishment", such as "Douban was punished for illegal use of Olympic-related symbols" and "The State Internet Information Office interviewed and punished Douban according to law", and the penalties were mostly caused by lax content review. In addition, in the context of "Qinglang Action", the Douban group was required to continuously rectify last year, and the relevant hot searches included "Douban Goose Group Deactivated for Two Months" and "Douban Part of the Entertainment Group Stopped Rectifying within a Limited Period of Time".
The negative hot search of station B involves bad content, anchor management, and infringement of consumer rights and interests, including "some of the animations on the shelves are accused of insulting women", "station B pre-sale goods do not ship and do not return the deposit", "B station UP owner falsely claims to have cancer and fraudulent donations".
At least 7 platforms, including iQiyi, were fined for "content violations."

In the past year, what are the reasons for the negative hot searches on Internet entertainment platforms? Combing found that super three became a "content violation".
Take the "hot search for interview penalties" as an example. In 2021, at least 7 platforms were punished for "content violations", such as Douban, Youku, iQiyi, Zhihu, Sina Weibo, Anime Home, and Meitu Xiuxiu, for specific reasons including the transmission of illegal information; the provision of product content endangering national unity, sovereignty and territorial integrity; the publication of bloody violence and vulgar content; and the provision of online animation products containing violent, pornographic and vulgar content to users through hidden channels.

For example, on December 2 last year, Douban repeatedly interviewed the State Cyberspace Administration of China for repeatedly appearing on the platform and its account for information that laws and regulations prohibited from being published or transmitted, and imposed administrative penalties totaling 1.5 million yuan in fines. From January to November 2021, the State Internet Information Office guided the Beijing Municipal Internet Information Office to impose 20 disposal penalties on Douban, repeatedly imposing a fine of 500,000 yuan on the top grid, with a cumulative fine of 9 million yuan.
In May last year, "iQiyi was punished for containing vulgar content" on the hot search, it is reported that the punishment unit is the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism, the reason for the punishment is that the music MV it published contains bloody violence, vulgar pictures, lyrics contain dirty words and other vulgar content, and the penalty result is a fine of 15,000 yuan.
In addition to content violations, the reasons for punishment also include advertising violations, infringement disputes, and infringement of consumer rights and interests. For example, Douban was fined 30,000 yuan for illegally using Olympic-related terms and symbols; Xiaohongshu was punished with an administrative penalty of 20,000 yuan for advertising violations; and Youku was enforced 1 million yuan for infringing on the right to disseminate information networks of works.
Hot search negative incidents involving minors sexual innuendo, anchor violations, etc

Judging from the "negative hot search of events", the relevant reasons also include suspected violations of user privacy, sexual innuendo of minors, and violations by anchors.
For example, the suspected violation of user privacy involves platforms such as Douban and WeChat. For example, in October last year, some netizens exposed Huawei's mobile phone prompt Douban App to delete its mobile phone photo album pictures, to which Douban issued a public statement saying that in the poor network environment, when the system believes that the post page sends multiple replies with pictures at the same time, it will lead to the mistaken deletion of the pictures uploaded by users as cache files. Also in October, there was a message that WeChat repeatedly read user albums in the background. Tencent responded that the iOS system provides APP developers with the standard ability to update the album notification standard, and the app will be notified when the content of the album is updated, reminding the APP that it can prepare in advance, and the preparation behavior of the APP will be recorded as reading the system album.
For example, in July last year, due to the dissemination of children's soft pornographic memes and the use of minors' sexually suggestive short videos to divert traffic, Kuaishou, Tencent QQ, Taobao, Sina Weibo, Xiaohongshu and other platforms were interviewed by the Internet information department according to law; in December last year, Xiaohongshu was exposed to "storing minors' sexual innuendo" and "pushing minors' physical privacy".
In terms of anchor violations, platforms such as Station B and Douyu have successively exposed negative incidents, including "B Station UP owner lied about cancer fraud" and "Douyu anchor singing infringement was sentenced to thousands of yuan in damages".
