Milan officially announced that the club had terminated striker Pellegri on loan early and the players had returned to Monaco. At the same time, the Torino club officially announced that they had loaned Pellegri from Monaco and had the right to buy out.

AC Milan wrote in an official statement: "Thank you to Pellegri for his contribution to the club and wish the players the best of luck in their future careers. ”

Pellegri was born in Genoa on March 17, 2001, where he began his career. In 2016, at the age of 15 and 280 days, he made his Serie A debut against Turin, which also allowed him to equal Amedio Amadi's youngest Serie A debut record. On 28 May 2017, he scored his first Goal in Serie A, becoming the third youngest goalscorer in Serie A history. On 17 September 2017, he scored two goals against Lazio, becoming the youngest player to finish scoring twice in Serie A.

In January 2018, Pellegri joined Monaco in Ligue 1, but scored 2 goals in just 23 appearances. Last summer, he joined AC Milan on loan, making six appearances and failing to score.
