According to the National Health Commission, at 0-24:00 on January 25, 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 44 new confirmed cases. Of these, 24 were indigenous:

There were 14 cases in Beijing, including 9 cases in Fengtai District, 3 cases in Chaoyang District, 1 case in Daxing District, and 1 case in Xicheng District;

4 cases in Heilongjiang, all in Mudanjiang City;

2 cases in Xinjiang, both in Ili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture;

1 case in Hebei, in Baoding City;

1 case in Liaoning, in Shenyang;

1 case in Henan, in Anyang City;

1 case in Guangdong, in Zhongshan City.

There were no new deaths. There were no new suspected cases.

There were 6 new confirmed cases and 2 asymptomatic infected people in Beijing

On January 26, at the 276th press conference on the prevention and control of the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic in Beijing, Pang Xinghuo, deputy director of the Beijing Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention and a member of the national new coronavirus pneumonia expert group, introduced that from 16:00 on January 25 to 16:00 on January 26, there were 6 new local confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia and 2 cases of asymptomatic infection in Beijing. There were no new infections associated with the Omikejong strain.

Infected person 63: currently lives in Wanliuyuan Community, Yuquanying Street, Fengtai District, and works in a cold storage in the southwest suburbs. On January 19, he was isolated at home as a risk control officer, during which the nucleic acid test results were negative twice. On January 24, as a close contact of the confirmed case, he was transferred to a centralized isolation point, reported that he had fever, sore throat and other symptoms on January 24, and on January 25, the nucleic acid test result was positive, and he was transferred to a designated hospital, and the results of comprehensive epidemiological history, clinical manifestations, laboratory tests and imaging tests were diagnosed as confirmed cases on the same day, and the clinical classification was ordinary type.

Infected person 64: currently living in Fengtai District Yuquanying Street Zheng Wang Tomb No. 282 courtyard, the working place is the southwest suburban cold storage. On January 20, he was quarantined at home as a risk control officer, and on January 23, the nucleic acid test result was negative. On January 25, the nucleic acid test result was positive, and he was transferred to a designated hospital, and was diagnosed as an asymptomatic infected person on the same day based on the results of epidemiological history, clinical manifestations, laboratory tests and imaging tests.

Infected person 65: currently lives in Yipengyuan Community, Yuquanying Street, Fengtai District, and works in the southwest suburban cold storage. On January 20, he was quarantined at home as a risk control officer, and the nucleic acid test result was negative on that day. He reported developing rhinorrhoea and other symptoms on 22 January and a negative nucleic acid test result on 23 January. On January 25, the nucleic acid test result was positive, and he was transferred to a designated hospital, and based on the results of epidemiological history, clinical manifestations, laboratory tests and imaging tests, he was diagnosed as a confirmed case on the same day, and the clinical classification was mild.

Infected person 66: Currently living in Beishui Jialun Complex Building, Huaxiang Street, Fengtai District, working place is Beishui Jialun Building 2. He said that he had repeatedly traveled to the cold storage of No. 8 North Guangyangcheng Street in Changyang Town, Fangshan District to pull goods. On 19 January, close contacts of the confirmed case were transferred to a centralized isolation point, during which they tested negative on both occasions. On January 25, the nucleic acid test result was positive, and he was transferred to a designated hospital, and based on the results of epidemiological history, clinical manifestations, laboratory tests and imaging tests, he was diagnosed as a confirmed case on January 26, and the clinical classification was ordinary type.

Infected person 67: currently living in Yipengyuan Community, Yuquanying Street, Fengtai District. Due to the confirmed cases in the same community, he was isolated at home as a risk control personnel on January 20, during which the five nucleic acid test results were negative. On January 25, the nucleic acid test result was positive, and he was transferred to a designated hospital, and based on the results of epidemiological history, clinical manifestations, laboratory tests and imaging tests, he was diagnosed as a confirmed case on January 26, and the clinical classification was ordinary type.

Infected person 68: currently living in Wanfangyuan, Xincun Street, Fengtai District, working in the southwest suburbs of cold storage. He said that he had eaten at Huaxing Restaurant many times. On January 20, he was isolated at home as a risk control officer, during which the three nucleic acid test results were negative. He reported fever and other symptoms on 23 January, and was positive for nucleic acid test on 25 January, and was transferred to a designated hospital, and based on the results of epidemiological history, clinical manifestations, laboratory tests and imaging tests, he was diagnosed as a confirmed case on 26 January, and the clinical classification was ordinary.

Infected person 69: currently living in no. 6 Baiguang Road, Niujie Street, Xicheng District. Nucleic acid testing was carried out as a close contact of the confirmed case on 24 January, and on 25 January, the result was positive, and he was transferred to a designated hospital, and was diagnosed as an asymptomatic infected person on the same day based on the results of comprehensive epidemiological history, clinical manifestations, laboratory tests and imaging tests.

At present, epidemiological investigation and close contact tracing have been carried out, the risk points involved have been investigated, and various types of risk personnel have been classified and controlled. The above new infections after investigation are from control personnel.

Since 15 January, Beijing has reported 75 cases of home-grown infections

Since January 15, Beijing has reported a total of 75 cases of local COVID-19 infection. Among them, the cumulative number of confirmed cases of the associated epidemic of the Olmi kerong variant has been reported, and no new infections have been reported for 3 consecutive days; the cumulative number of infected people in the related epidemic of the Delta variant has been reported, of which 54 are confirmed cases and 15 are asymptomatic infected.

Two close contacts in Heilongjiang returned from Fengtai, Beijing, to conceal their itinerary and were detained for 10 days

According to a report by the Public Security Bureau of Ning'an City, Heilongjiang Province, on January 26, the Ning'an police recently made an administrative punishment decision against Han and Niu who refused to carry out government orders and decisions under a state of emergency, deliberately lied about the trajectory of their journey, and did not truthfully report round-trip information.

After investigation, the offenders Han X and Niu X returned to Ning'an City, Heilongjiang Province, from Fengtai District of Beijing city by self-driving vehicle at about 13:00 on January 21, 2022, and when filling in the round-trip information of "Oyster Epidemic Control", the two deliberately concealed and lied about the itinerary and did not take the initiative to report to the epidemic prevention department in time. The next day, the duo were identified as close contacts of the confirmed case.

In accordance with the requirements of the current epidemic prevention and control work, the Ning'an Municipal Public Security Bureau quickly set up a working group to crack down on epidemic-related crimes, comprehensively traced the travel trajectory of Han and Niu, accurately screened the range of contact groups, and strictly implemented control measures. In response to Niu X and Han X's behavior of lying about their itinerary and refusing to carry out government orders and decisions under a state of emergency, the Ning'an Municipal Public Security Bureau imposed administrative detention on Niu X and Han X for 10 days and imposed an administrative penalty of 500 yuan in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 (1) of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Public Security Administration Punishments. It will be executed after the expiration of the isolation period for the two people.

Hangzhou was diagnosed with infection with Aomi Kerong

On January 26, Hangzhou confirmed a new case, and the virus it was infected with was genetically sequenced as a variant of the new coronavirus, and this epidemic was not related to the previous epidemic in Hangzhou. After comparison, the virus sequence is highly homologous to the virus sequence uploaded in a country outside the country on December 11, 2021, which points out the direction for further virus traceability.
