Shenzhen Dapu Microelectronics (DapuStor) announced that its three enterprise-level SSDs have passed the PCI-SIG PCIe 4.0 and UNH-IOL two authoritative certifications for the first time in China!
In February last year, Dapu Micro took the lead in releasing the domestic enterprise-level PCIe 4.0 main control chip DPU600, 12nm process manufacturing, with industry-leading high performance, extremely high energy efficiency ratio, and released the corresponding NVMe Nida5 series of solid-state drives, with a maximum reading speed of 10GB/s, and also created the first "intelligent storage".
At present, in the list of PCI-SIG certified products, Dapuwei's Royalsen5, Xlenstor2, and Jiaorong5 series have been included, including PCIe AIC and U.2.
PCIe 4.0 conformance testing includes protocol layer testing, electrical characteristic testing, interoperability testing, and must pass 80% interoperability testing, as well as test requirements at various speed levels of 2.5GT/s, 5GT/s, 8GT/s, and 16GT/s to ensure stable operation in various scenarios.
In addition, three PCIe 4.0 SSD products of Dapu micro have also passed the compatibility test of NVMe 1.4.
All three products are equipped with Dapu Micro's self-developed master control DPU600, which is also the first batch of enterprise-level master controllers in China to support PCIe 4.0.
