In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important exposition on cultural relics work, on January 25, as one of the important contents of the 2022 Xining Spring Festival cultural activities, the "Hehuang Tongyuan Danqing Huancai - Lanzhou Xining Museum Collection calligraphy and painting porcelain joint exhibition" was officially launched at the Xining Museum. The exhibition is sponsored by Xining Municipal Bureau of Culture, Tourism, Radio, Film and Television, Lanzhou Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism, and organized by Xining Museum, Gansu Provincial Cultural Relics Store, Lanzhou Museum, Yuzhong County Museum, Gaolan County Museum, and Yongdeng County Museum.
The exhibition exhibits a total of 49 works of calligraphy and painting by famous artists in Lanzhou in the Qing Dynasty, 56 pieces of porcelain from the Five Dynasties and the Song, Ming and Qing Dynasties, which are representative works selected from many collections in various museums in Lanzhou, including zuo Zongtang, Tang Lian, Zhu Kemin and other works that were once famous, which is a mirror to show the development of longyuan land calligraphy and painting art, reflecting the outstanding characteristics of Lanzhou's profound culture.
Lanzhou and Xining, as important support cities in the Hehuang region, are clothed with water, have the same roots, have similar folklore, and are emotionally close, the two places have a good foundation for cultural exchanges for a long time, and have entered a new era, and both places belong to the national strategic fulcrum city of the Lanxi City Agglomeration and an important node city of the "Belt and Road", which provides more convenient conditions for in-depth cooperation. Through this exhibition, we will further promote the high-quality development of culture in the Yellow River Basin, deepen the awareness of "Ganqing family affinity" and "Lanxi chess game", and enhance the connotation and level of common prosperity in Lanxi Twin Cities.
Together with the "Hehuang Tongyuan Danqing Huancai - Lanzhou Xining Collection of Calligraphy and Painting Porcelain Joint Exhibition" is also carried out "Hehuang Imprint • Xi'an Ning - Plateau Ancient City Change Exhibition", which exhibits more than 260 cultural relics and old objects reflecting the development and changes of Xining's modern and modern cities, living customs, folk customs, culture and art in various periods, so as to show the local customs of Xining, awaken the city's memory, retain nostalgia, and tell the story that belongs to every Xining person.
