According to a source, after Tencent invested in Luoke Automobile, WEI Capital and Meituan had relevant people who intended to contact Luoke Automobile and negotiate investment matters, but they were rejected.

It is understood that Changjing established Shanghai Luoke Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. on January 8, 2021, with a registered capital of 10 million yuan and a shareholding ratio of 40% in Changjing.
