According to tianyancha App, Suzhou Zhilu Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. was established in November 2010 with a registered capital of 6.9037 million yuan, the legal representative is Yin Jiatong, and its business scope includes the design, development, production and sales of automotive high-power electronic devices, electrical equipment, charging equipment, mechanical and electrical equipment, auto parts, etc.; automotive software development, technical services, etc. Shareholder information shows that Yin Jiatong is the majority shareholder and suspected actual controller of the company, holding about 53% of the shares. At present, the company has established 3 wholly-owned subsidiaries in Jiangsu and Guangxi.

Since the xiaomi board of directors officially approved the smart electric vehicle business project at the end of March 2021, xiaomi automobile has made relevant progress.

At present, Xiaomi has established a number of automobile companies. At the end of November 2021, the Administrative Committee of Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone signed a "Cooperation Agreement" with Xiaomi Technology, officially announcing the settlement of Xiaomi Automobile in Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone. It is understood that the Xiaomi Automobile Project will build the Xiaomi Automobile Headquarters Base and sales headquarters and research and development headquarters, and will build a vehicle factory with an annual output of 300,000 vehicles in two phases, of which the first and second phases of production capacity are 150,000 vehicles, and it is expected that the first car will roll off the production line and achieve mass production in 2024.
